Tri City Charger Football

Mission Statement

Tri-City Youth Football’s mission is to provide an opportunity for young people to learn the basic fundamentals of football in an environment which stresses safety, sportsmanship, teamwork and fun. Our hope is that our young athletes will gain skills, and knowledge through our program that transcend football. Instilling in them the confidence to be successful not only in athletics, but in all facets of their young life.

Charger Football League

The Charger Football League fields a number teams at each of several different divisional age groups, each playing 11 on 11 football.  Teams primarily play other teams within the Charger Football League with playoffs leading to divisional Super Bowl games at the end of the season.   Teams usually consist of 16-19 players and AT LEAST 3 coaches, providing a ~6:1 player to coach ratio or better and more time on the field and more reps at practice.

All coaches are certified by TCYFA and Heads Up Football

Games are played on Saturdays on fields at James O'Breen Park, with the opportunity to play on the turf at Mooseheart during the playoffs.
