Equipment Pickup Notes
Players MUST be present to get equipment!
Register before you come.
Address: 1020 Cedar Ave. St. Charles, IL 60174. Parking and entrance is on the west side at the loading dock
Time: 8am-3pm
Must be paid in full before equipment will be issued. This includes “Out Of District” fee.
NO credit card payments at pickup. Checks will be the only form of payment accepted. Make checks payable to: Tri City Chargers Youth Football
Fill out equipment deposit form before you go (see attachment).
Only players and coaches who are working the handout will be allowed to go in the equipment room. No exceptions!
If you have a specific concern, please speak with one of the coaches or league officials who will be present outside the equipment area and they will try to address your concerns as best they can.
Coaches- If you have not been asked to work in the equipment room for this specific handout, please remember that for the day you are a parent and not a “coach”, no going back to the equipment area. No exceptions!
Players-Enter equipment area and begin gathering your equipment. Equipment will be fitted by knowledgeable, trained/experienced coaches and league officials who work hard to assure the proper fit and function of the equipment they receive. Your athlete will receive the following - Helmet, chin strap, mouth piece, shoulder pads, practice pants, game pants, 7 piece pad set, and belt. (practice and game jerseys will be issued after the teams are selected)
REFUND REQUEST / EQUIPMENT RETURN PROCEDURE
The Cedar Equipment Shed & TCYFA Office is located at the corner of Cedar Ave. and N. 11th. Ave.
For standard equipment pick-up dates, please enter the building through the overhead truck dock doors on the west side of the building. The office entrance, for equipment hand-in, is located on east side of the building on N. 11th Ave.
